J. West Design offers realtors and homeowners a way to increase the value of the home and help it to sell faster. We transform the home to appeal to a vast clientele through home staging. We have access to a variety of resources that allows us to re-design your home for less, rather than reducing the selling price. J. West will consult with you on color selections, re-arrangement of furniture, and accessorizing. We will discuss what needs to be done to the home to make it more appealing to its audience. If additional items are needed to assist in the re-design we will rent the items or purchase them without it costing the homeowner a large sum of money.
You can decide on a selection of services, 1 hour consultation for a fixed fee, a detailed consultation depending on the square footage of your home will vary in cost. We will come in and stage the home for an hourly fee. We can do as much as you wish or as little as you wish, the choice is up to you.
